Return Policy
You may return merchandise purchased at www.GRANDSCALE.com if it meets the guidelines below:

Return Merchandise Authorization Process
The manufacturer’s warranty is the first and only warranty in effect for products ordered from GRANDSCALE and is the only form of recourse for handling situations in which a product is received in working order and later ceases to function.

No return merchandise will be accepted by GRANDSCALE without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) assigned by GRANDSCALE’s Returns department. RMA #s will only be assigned for items that are defective at the time of receipt or in the rare situation where the product(s) ordered were not what was shipped. Returns must be made within the proscribed period.

To obtain an RMA # call (888)344-6255 between the hours of 8:30AM - 4:00PM (PST). Be prepared to provide your order number, identifying information, and a summary of your problem before you place the call.

Return Period
Refunds are available for merchandise returned following GRANDSCALE’s RMA process within fourteen (14) days from the date merchandise was received.

Exceptions The following items are not returnable:
  • Items that are abused
  • Opened computer software, movies, music, and video games (to receive credit for these items they must be unopened. If the original is damaged or defective this must be stated at the time RMA approval is granted).
Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee
A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in “like new” condition).

Return Credit
If you elect to return a product following the guidelines of GRANDSCALE’s online return policy, you will receive your refund in the form of a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item(s) from GRANDSCALE.

Restocking
If a manufacturer agrees to a non-warranty return, there may be a manufacturer’s restocking fee charged.

Personal Data
Please remove all personal data (e.g. computer or wireless phone data, videotapes, etc.) GRANDSCALE is not responsible for any personal items left on or in returned merchandise.

Rebate Policy
Any product that was purchased when a mail-in rebate was available on the purchase is subject to having the amount of the rebate deducted from the refund amount. Unless noted otherwise, all rebates are limited to one per product, per household or address.

Promotional Items
Any product that was returned without a promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (.e.g. buy TV, get free DVD Player) will have the value of the promotional item(s) deducted from the refund credit.

Packing and Shipping Considerations
All returns must be made in original condition, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Remember that the item(s) is considered to be in your personal possession until it reaches our facilities so purchasing shipping insurance on more expensive items is advisable. Be certain that the RMA # is clearly recorded on the outside of the shipping container as no packages will be accepted without a valid RMA # that is clearly visible.

GRANDSCALE will provide you with the address of where to return the product when you are issued an RMA
